Basic information and registration
The 12th Inverse Days (annual meeting of Finnish inverse problems society) will be held on December 13-15, 2006 at Institute of Mathematics of
Tampere University of Technology, Finland.

The lectures of the first day start at 12 and are freely available to the public. Conference fee for the rest of the conference is 60 euros (including reception);
please pay in one of the following ways:
in cash at the conference site, or
by bank transfer to the account of the Finnish Inverse Problems Society (Nordea 101230-207918); mention Inverse Days 2006 Registration when paying. In this case please show the receipt at registration.
The meeting is part of the activity of Finnish Center of Excellence in Inverse Problems Research.
How to get to the campus?
If you come to Tampere by train, the most convenient way to the campus is to take bus number 13 and get off at the stop called "TTY". The ride takes about 25 minutes. The bus stop is very near the railway station: once you go out through the main doors, you see a restaurant called "Piazza food plaza", and the bus stop is right in front of the restaurant (opposite to the Stockmann department store).

Where in the campus are the talks?
The meeting is held in lecture hall K1702 located in Konetalo building. Please see campus map.
We have reserved rooms at Sokos Hotel Tammer at the prices 87 Eur/day (single) and 129 Eur/day (double).
Please make your own reservation at latest on November 22, 2006!
When reserving, please mention the word INVERSIOPÄIVÄT. Apart from invited speakers, the participants should pay for the hotel by themselves.
Please note that the hotel is located in the center of Tampere, while the lectures are given at the Hervanta campus 9 km away. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes.
